Phase 1
Personalized Training in Executive Freedom:
Deliverables: The Executives participating in the Consultancy with all the necessary knowledge to understand what Executive Freedom consists of and how it should be achieved.
Phase 2
Communicator Selection and Training:
What is a communicator?
o The communicator is a position in command of the executive who must help the executive free up his time for essential actions of earning income, rest or recreation. And prolong the permanence of the executive in the position, protecting him from overload.
o The communicator is the one who keeps the lines of communication moving or controlled for an executive. The communicator's job includes more than secretarial duties.
o The Communicator is responsible for monitoring unusual and unnecessary traffic on the executive's lines and ensuring that the executive's orders are carried out.
Deliverables: A Communicator for the Executive selected and fully trained to perform his function.
Phase 3
Establishment of Business Policies:
What is a policy? A set of guidelines or directives that govern the actions of a person or an entity in a given matter or field.
Deliverables: All Policies of the Board of Directors Raised, Understood and Fulfilled within the Company.
Phase 4
Delivery of the Position to the Delegate and the Executive Council:
• The Delegate: is a person within the company who is responsible for representing the Executive and acting on his behalf. He will be the one in charge of the Executive in his absence or when the Executive so decides.
• Executive Council: it is the congregation of the highest executives in the company that will support the Delegate to execute the directives and orders of the Executive, thus guaranteeing the correct functioning of the company and the achievement of the expected results.
Deliverables: All functions and responsibilities of the Advised Executive delegated to the Delegate and the Executive Council.
