ESTABLECIMIENTO DE ESTADÍSTICAS POR PUESTO DE TRABAJO

- Durante esta etapa nuestro Equipo de Consultores levantarán las estadísticas principales para medir cada uno de los puestos de trabajo (hats) solicitados. El propósito es poder observar semanalmente la cantidad y calidad de los resultados.


- Adicionalmente, se entregará la definición, el propósito y el producto final valioso de estos puestos para que se tengan claras las funciones de los mismos.


- Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, se entregará un formato único para que toda la información se maneje de forma homogénea.


- Todo lo anterior permitirá que cualquier decisión, plan o accionar futuro se ejecuten en base en resultados y/o hechos precisos de los puestos de trabajo (hats).


- Ésta asesoría incluye el seguimiento del consultor tres (3) semanas posteriores al establecimiento de las estadísticas en los puestos de trabajo (hats) solicitados.

Phase 0

Establishment of a Current Structure and Functional Organization Chart:
An equitable and functional structure will be established based on our “Seven Division Organizational Chart” model. This new organization chart gives clarity and order to the Executive Council. Specifying the different positions that exist in the organization, their respective chain of command, the valuable final products and the general processes to which the organization is subjected to achieve its results.

Deliverables: A Functional Organizational Chart of the company that structures and orders its actions in the present and future.

Phase 1

Establishment of Major Divisional Stats:
They will collect the main statistics to measure each of the divisions of your company. The purpose is to be able to observe weekly the quantity and quality of the results of each of the critical areas.

Deliverables: A Company with the Main Indicators of each Division Established and used to measure the achievement of results.

Phase 2

Establishment of the Executive Council:

It will establish the members of the Executive Council of the company. An Executive Council is the highest ranking group in the company (ideally the head of each division)

Deliverables: An Executive Council Trained and Established in the Company.

Phase 3

Definition and Management of the Current Business Condition:

A condition by definition is an "operating state". It tells us how well the company is surviving in its market based on the production (results achieved) of each of its areas (statistics).

These are a set of exact and sequential steps that guarantee (if followed) that the company will come out in the next period in Better Condition.

Deliverables: The Current Business Condition defined with its respective Condition Management Plan delivered to the Council
Executive for its implementation.
